"If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom,
go home from us in peace. We seek not your consul, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you.
May your chains set lightly upon you; and may posterity forget ye were our countrymen."
-- Samuel Adams
America has relied on the personal and business contributions of her citizenry since before the revolution.
Things haven’t changed. During his legendary Farewell Address, George Washington issued the following
challenge to all Americans:
"Promote then as an object of primary importance institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge...
It is essential that public opinion should be enlightened."
The George Washington Center for Freedom & Understanding exists because this challenge remains as important
today as it was more than two hundred years ago when the Minute Men left home and family to birth a new nation.
There are many options for you to “Get Involved” with The Center.

A "Founding Patriot" is a high net worth person, family, or organization who wishes to leave an
ongoing legacy that will preserve and further the great cause of freedom.
A contribution of $100,000 and more provides you with an enduring membership as a founder of
The George Washington Center for Freedom & Understanding. Those who donate $250,000 dollars
or more will also have a Freedom Founder's Chair, dedicated to one the world's great patriots,
named in their behalf. These funds will help with the purchase and development of educational campuses
to help future leaders become "Real Patriots" with the capacity and understanding to be influences for
good in their homes, communities, and nations.

We invite you to contribute $1000 or more and become a 1776 Freedom Patriot. Each year this funding
will be used to sponsor the various outreach programs by The Center.

Contribute $10 to $1000 and become a "Member Patriot". This funding will be used to
help build the Freedom Library and other great causes.
